Ye’, I know. It’s pretty boring. Me cleaning cars and posting food.
So sorry.
Breakfast cheese burger with smokey puller pork and curly fries.
Cleaned the neighbour’s filthy car and gave Piglet a wash.
This evenings burgers, triple bacon, fried onion, double cheese burgers on warmed rolls.
Running out of beer.
May have to open a bottle of wine.

More green chile required.

I’ve never been one for chiles.

...never...been...one...for...chile...?
I understand each of those words individually, but together, I’m sorry, that’s just not making any sense.

This burger diet of yours seems deliciously decadent

I don’t mind them but I don’t seek them. In salsa is nice.

Nope. Sorry. Still just not getting it. It almost sounds like you don’t think chile is like the best thing ever. As a New Mexican, why, I know that simply isn’t true, so you cannot possibly be saying that. It’s absurd. I promise I will keep trying to parse this.

Nope, don’t think they are. Sorry.
A good steak yes, Cumberland sausage yes, cigar yes, Irish whiskey yes, etc... can’t say chilis are on the list.

Chile, not Chili.

I’m English, in the U.K. and Europe it’s chili, other places it’s chile from Spanish.

Yes, and in other parts of the US it is too. THAT’S THE JOKE. :)
New Mexico, being you know New MEXICO (named after the Mexia, just like Mexico, but actually first) was a province of the Spanish Empire and retains its bilingualism.

Oh, okay, I get the Someecards post now.
While all three spellings are acceptable, I think we use chili or chilli rather than chile as many would think of Chile the country.

I’m sure Chile is fine. Chilli, not so much.

Burgers are a pretty fantastic choice. Delirium Tremens is also one of my favourite beers.
Yesterday, I ended up eating three sandwiches. The first was an arepa (more of a Mexican corn-flour pocket filled with good stuff), a turkey/roast beef/ham sandwich, and an Italian-style one with capicola, salami, pepperoni, mortadella and provolone.

There is a problem with that picture, though. It has been a decade since anywhere near Hatch has been in the 505 area code.

It was a surprisingly nice beer. I’d certainly buy it again.
Turkey, roast beef and ham sandwich sounds good.
Salami, pepperoni, mortadella and provolone, very nice indeed.
I do like Italian meats and Italian food in general.
